Support Engineer

As Support Engineer, you will:

  • Ensure that all service level agreements and customer satisfaction goals are met
  • Deliver operational solutions for cloud based environments.
  • serve as the primary point of contact for providing application-level technical support.


To be a key player in our all-star team you will need:

  • Experience in International Technical Customer support, including familiarity with network and web debugging tools (such as fiddler)
  • Experience with SaaS product
  • Experience with a cloud-based environment
  • Knowledgeable in networking (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in Databases – MongoDb and MySQL

The ideal candidate has –

  • BSc in computer science / equivalent
  • 3 years of product management roles.
  • Experience and understanding of agile product management processes.
  • Experience with end-to-end PM roles – from gaps analysis, through strategy and execution, to successful GTM and PR.
  • Business values oriented, ability to think from the top-town.
  • Experience with analytics and BI tools. You should feel comfortable with data modeling and concepts, and to be able to understand how data relates to end user Business Intelligence (BI) requirements and consumption.
  • Hands-on personality
  • Worked with large user-bases (>100k) in a B2B2C products env; or experience with B2C products – advantage
  • Loves to help colleagues do their job
  • Users & clients drive. Loves seeing clients, meeting users, Picking up the phone or Skype for quick interviews or user testing; etc.
  • Ownership of processes and can handle multiple processes at the same time.
