Requirements:

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success from prospecting to closing

  • Flexible to travel up to 20% in the close region (Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos)

LATAM Director Sales

Description

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for Enterprise and Commercial Sales, meeting exceeding targets and KPI’s as well as assisting in the development of a robust go-to-market strategy. Working closely with the VP and other teams to close the gap between the territory you will handle and T2K HQ, acting as a connector to the Pre-sales, Product Management, Global Marketing and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Leading outbound consultative sales efforts and client prospecting across LATAM to achieve the sales targets and accelerate sales growth in the region.
  • Raising T2K brand awareness through face to face interactions and online activities
  • Channel Management – Developing and implementing market/channel management strategies and partnering with distributors to grow the business together.
  • Maintaining familiarity with market and product knowledge including: pricing, cost and profitability, market acceptance, channel and competitive dynamics.
  • Reviewing commercial, legal and technical aspects of deals.
  • Visiting accounts periodically and developing business forecast and pipeline.
  • Attending industry events in the Region to network and identify new prospects.
  • Building relationships with existing client to encourage usage of the solutions, repeat sales and ever-growing licenses.
  • Be active in creating a success orientated and supportive culture and environment.
  • Providing leadership, direction, supervision and inspirational management to the channels you will manage.
  • Building developing and maintaining a high level of internal and external stakeholder relationships to facilitate both deal deliverables and development.

 

Profile

To be successful applicant for this role – you must satisfy the following requirements:

  • Experience – We are looking for candidate who have a successful track record and progressive sales career within the software middleware / platforms, ideally working in Corporate Training and or Consulting
  • Sales Experience – you had previous sales experience to include identification of potential client, presenting the solution, negotiating the deal, following up the development and deliverable, and managing the end user to allow repeat and up-sales.
  • Language Skills – you will have excellent English & Spanish language skills – both verbally and written. Portuguese will be advantage
  • Education – a Degree and preferably a master’s degree (engineering or technical background be a plus)
  • Personality – we are seeking candidates who are honest, trustworthy and tenacious, having strong kick-starting mentality, and able to drive independently business from the ground up. Your communication and interpersonal skills must be strong and you need to have leadership abilities
  • Location – this position will be based in LATAM , working from home .
  • Travel – the position will involve travel across LATAM
