Account Executive

TIME To KNOW is looking for a Sales Manager to join our Global Sales Team.

TIME To KNOW (T2K) identifies and closes business knowledge gaps. The T2K platform enables companies to effectively train customer-facing employees, partners, channels and customers, and deliver an engaging learning experience.

The chosen candidate will focus on inbound leads and the pursuit of new sales opportunities as well as looking for channels and partners in the US market. The candidate must be comfortable with actively mapping and developing new accounts, reaching out to qualify prospects and establish strategy.

What will you do?

  • Present TIME To KNOW’s value and solutions to potential customers.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales targets of key accounts in the assigned territory.
  • Manage the entire sales process from business development, building pipeline, conducting demos to negotiation and closing.
  • Communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proactively identify, quantify, manage and secure end-user opportunities and relationships for TIME To KNOW within the assigned territory.
  • Foster a culture of sales excellence across all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
  • Enhance C-level relationships with current and future clients, demonstrating business impact and ROI in a compelling and articulate manner.
  • Focus on market data, understand key accounts, develop relationships in advance of opportunities and pursue the opportunities best suited to win.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of prior working experience as a Sales Manager/Account Executive in the US market – MUST.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in Direct Sales/Channels/Partners – MUST.
  • Experience in selling B2B Technology based software products in the territory – MUST.
  • Native English - MUST.
  • US time zone working hours, Monday-Friday.
  • Hands on experience with CRM software (Preferably Salesforce).
  • In-depth understanding of the sales process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive and energetic attitude with ambitious, upbeat, revenue driven and highly creative traits.
  • A business-driven mindset with strong sales abilities and can-do attitude.
  • Technical understanding of SaaS solutions.

Sales Manager - Brazil

Time To Know, software company in advanced cloud-based Corporate Training solutions with global activity is looking for a Sales Manager to join our Global Sales Team.

The ideal candidate will join our sales team focused on inbound /outbound as well as looking for channels and partners in the US market.   You must be comfortable with actively mapping and developing new accounts, reach out and qualify prospects, set events and establish strategic partnerships. You must also have demonstrated experience with growing pipelines, managing sales process and be an excellent closer.

What you will do?

  • Meet or exceed annual sales targets in assigned territory and key accounts
  • Sell the value of Time To Know solutions to potential clients
  • Conduct product demonstrations to prospects via web-based conferencing tools
  • Independent and technically- capable to perform product demonstrations and manage customer meetings with or without Pre-Sales Engineers.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Actively pursuing customers and conducting calls, presentations, meetings, negotiations, as needed, to bring opportunities to a positive closure.
