We are looking for a passionate CS team leader who will be responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to customers while ensuring continual evaluation of processes and procedures and managing tier 3 and operations experts.

The position is responsible for ensuring that customers receive the best service possible and act as the company gatekeeper.
Responsibilities:

  • communicating with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face
  • respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Track and monitor activity to identify trends and opportunities to that will assist the organization and customer in building strong business relationships.
  • Managing customers training activities E2E
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  • Plan customer deployments and own installations processes
  • Act as tier3 for any customer’s complaints.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution

Education and Experience

  • 2 years managing Customer support team
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • knowledge of relevant computer applications
  • knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Sc. or any other technical studies – advantage
  • Working in global company – must
  • Familiarity with SaaS products – advantage

  • Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention

Requirements

  • Native English speaker- a must
  • 2+ years content-related online marketing experience
  • Excellent writing skills. Please include writing samples and/or any relevant links to content, projects, etc.
  • Hands on experience with MS Office and WordPress
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
  • Continually measure reader engagement with content, and iterate to improve content definition, craft, and distribution
  • Academic degree in Marketing or Journalism- an advantage
