Support Engineer

Time To Know is looking for a passionate Support Engineer to join our awesome team!

 

As Support Engineer, you will:

 

  • Ensure that all service level agreements and customer satisfaction goals are met
  • Deliver operational solutions for cloud-based environments.
  • serve as the primary point of contact for providing application-level technical support.

 

To be a key player in our all-star team you will need:

  • Experience in International Technical Customer support, including familiarity with network and web debugging tools (such as fiddler/Wireshark)
  • Managing customers tickets and providing E2E support based on customer SLA.
  • Experience running product deployments using Jenkins on production servers
  • Experience in scripting (Bash/python/JS script)
  • Experience with SaaS product
  • Experience with a cloud-based environment
  • Knowledgeable in networking (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in Databases – MongoDb and MySQL
  • Knowledgeable in monitoring tools
  • Knowledgeable with cross-platform *Web browsers/iOS/Android)
  • Fluent Hebrew and English
  • Willingness to work non-regular hours from time to time
  • Coding abilities in JAVA and C#- an advantage

Full Stack Developer

Time To Know is looking for a full stack developer to join us in the developing of an exciting new product in the educational space. This individual will take a significant part in the design and development of a new SaaS offering using the latest Web technologies.

 

Responsibilities

  • Full stack development of significant modules in the system in an agile environment
  • Experiment with cutting edge technologies including: react.js, redux.js, Java 8, Mongo 3
  • Collaborate with other R&D teams, architects, GUI, UX and product managers

 

Desired skills and experience:

  • B.Sc. degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  • At least two years of experience in client side development of Web applications
  • At least two years of experience in Java based server development
  • Working experience with Mongo DB
  • Can do attitude
  • Ability to work independently as well as be part of team work
