An enterprise software company in advanced Ed-Tech and Corporate Training solutions with global activity is looking for a Regional Sales Director to lead it’s South East Asia Territory.

This role will suit an ambitious sales executive with excellent communication skills, command of local languages, and fluent English.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develops annual sales plan in support of organization strategy and objectives
  • Foster a culture of sales excellence across all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
  • Enhance C-level relationships with current and future clients, demonstrating business impact and ROI in a compelling and articulate manner
  • Focus on market data, understanding key accounts, developing relationships in advance of opportunities, and pursuing the opportunities best suited to win
  • Establishes and maintains productive peer-to-peer relationships internally and externally with customers and prospects

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a demonstrated track record of success from prospecting to closing
  • Proven experience in selling software middle-ware/platforms
  • Excellent English oral and written communication and presenting skills
  • Flexible to travel up to 20% in the close region (Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos)
  • Experience working in Corporate Training/Consulting – Advantage

General Manager (APAC)

  • Full autonomy embedded capabilities and functions, responsible for: Sales, BD, Presale, Implementation, Account Management, Post Sale, training
  • Manage day to day relationships with customers including commercial, legal, financial, product and marketing aspects
  • Establish and manage 3rd parties relationship within the territory
  • Accountable for the territory P&L

  • 5+ years of experience in managerial positions in Sales/Business
  • Experience in sales/services within technology companies, advantage to SW company

Requirements:
